Not able to Spin content in AC

Hi,

I am getting this error when trying to spin content. can you pl check and update the issue.

I have done it now, i opened spinner-chief and then spinned content but still same error, pl refer screenshot.

Hi, if you select x-spinner to spin, you need run x-spinner on your pc first, if you select spinnerchief to spin, you need input the spinnerchief api account in the software first.
